Your parcel will be delivered via Ninjavan. Kindly note that the delivery timeframe includes the packing of your order after purchase confirmation. During sale/peak periods, and for pre-order collections, please note that there may be a delay in deliveries.

Express Delivery

Express shipping is currently unavailable. We will notify you as soon as the express delivery option is reinstated! 

Restricted Zones

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.

What happens if the delivery has failed?

In the case of a delivery attempt failure, you can request a second delivery. Yet, if two attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and you will incur charges for reshipment.

Can I change my delivery information?

Once your order has been placed, address adjustments are not feasible unless there is an address error present.
